The most impactful habit I’ve developed—and seen in those I coach—is cultivating daily gratitude.
I am passionate about this practice and want to share it with you for your benefit.
For over 20 years, I've immersed myself in personal development, focusing on maximizing potential and happiness. Building a positive mindset and creating powerful habits have been central to my journey, leading me to become a leadership and personal development coach. My mission is to empower others to make positive changes and live their best lives.
I hope you enjoy this 1-year Gratitude Journal. Each week features an inspirational quote about gratitude on a beautiful background, along with space to write three things you are grateful for each day. The layout allows you to see your entire week at a glance, spread across two facing pages. I encourage you to use this journal to build a gratitude habit. By writing down three things you are grateful for daily, you will experience positive shifts in your life. Changing our thoughts changes our lives.

About the authors
Thanh Nguyen
John Maxwell’s book No Limits describes Thanh Nguyen. She is a no limits person! Coming to the USA knowing very little English, with few possessions other than a dream and determination, her achievements are amazing. Going to bed with a Walkman speaking English into her ears all night helped her understanding and pronunciation.
She graduated from University of California at Berkeley with an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering. While working full time, she obtained two graduate degrees, one in Master of Engineering in electrical engineering (MEEE) and one in Master of Business Administration (MBA). She has over 20 years of experience working in the corporate world. Thanh has a passion of helping others to maximize their potential and live their best life.Â
Thanh believes and exemplifies that it doesn't matter what life may throw at us, we can persevere, grow, and make positive impacts if we have the right mindset and support system. Â
Thanh is a leadership expert, a John Maxwell certified coach, teacher, speaker, and an editor of the books: "31-days Gratitude Challenge" and "1-year Gratitude Journal."

Mark loves people and has a passion to be a positive influence wherever he goes. With degrees in Business Administration and Hospital Administration, most of Mark’s business career was in leadership related to senior living. He recently retired as VP of Marketing for a publicly traded health care REIT that owns approximately 225 seniors housing and care communities throughout the United States. As President, one of the founders and serving on the board of Southeast Asia Healthcare Partners, Inc., he has made well over 20 visits to Vietnam. That role and as an Executive Director for the John Maxwell Team has given him opportunities to speak to universities, businesses, conferences, hospitals and churches in the USA, Vietnam, Cambodia, Australia, Hong Kong and China.
Mark and his wife Paula live in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas area. They have six adult children and fifteen grandchildren.
